You can download it <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sourceid.org\/downloads\/listDownloads.action\">here<\/a>.  Unfortunately the download page still requires a username and password.  I wonder how long it will be before you can use an InfoCard there?<\/p>\n<p>I&#39;m trying to come up to speed with the capabilities in this version of the toolkit, and will want to try it out.
